Donika Zogu has a long experience in the civil society that has been working, managing and implementing projects for more than 5 years, with the aim of empowering the youth! Donika has just finished her studies at the University of Pristina at the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Social Work and at AAB University at the Faculty of Arts, Fashion Design.
Currently, Donika directs and manages programs at LDA Europe where she is also a member of the Board for the Western Balkans and Europe. She is also the president of LYAC-Drenas, a member of the Board in the Kosovo-Serbia Civil Dialogue, Coordinator of the "Month of Diaspora" Festival, member of the Municipal Commission for Community Security. These are some of Donike's current commitments, while in the past, she has extended her activity in several different fields that have contributed, as a member of the Municipal Elections Commission, representative in the Kosovo Pupils Council, Literature Trainer Media, intern at the Ministry of Justice in the Department of Social Policies, etc.
Donika is known as a results-oriented and highly motivated professional with a proven track record in project management and writing. She knows well the work she has done for many years as a trainer for Soft Skills, Critical Thinking, Campaign Management, Public Speaking, Leadership, etc. It is a voice in youth advocacy, aimed at capacity building and empowering young people in decision-making.
Lira Pipa was born in Tirana on 24 June 1991. She currently serves as Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport. Prior to this role, Ms. Lira Pipa served as Deputy Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, where she was actively involved in the drafting and implementation of cultural policies at the local level. During this period, she contributed to enriching the Albanian artistic and cultural calendar and to promoting cultural and archaeological sites, as well as to reforming support schemes for artists and cultural organizations.
She also coordinated the development of the International Cultural Weeks in Albania in cooperation with diplomatic missions, and the cultural programme accompanying the organization of “Giro d’Italia 2025” in Albania, transforming this sporting event into an important moment of cultural and tourism promotion for the country.
During her tenure, the platform “Albanian Cultural Days Abroad” was launched for the first time, a cultural diplomacy initiative aimed at presenting Albania’s heritage and contemporary creative output on the international stage. In the same context, Ms. Pipa contributed to the establishment of the public foundation “CulturAlb”, dedicated to supporting Albanian craftsmanship and authentic products, with the objective of developing a sustainable Albanian souvenir line.
From February 2019, Lira Pipa worked at the General Directorate of Road Transport Services, an institution under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, initially as Director of Public Relations and subsequently as Chief of Cabinet. During her activity at GDRTS, she was involved in organizing numerous educational initiatives on road safety; the RETRO project for revitalizing the collection of historic Albanian vehicles and transforming it into an internationally recognized cultural movement; the organization of two successful editions of Automotive Fair I and II, the largest automotive fair in Albania; human resources management programmes; and the improvement of citizen services through communication and digital marketing as an innovative approach within public administration.
These efforts contributed to shaping the image of DPSHTRR as a model institution and a success story. Specialized in economics and marketing, and with a rich artistic career as a photographer and participant in the Venice Biennale, she has distinguished herself in the successful administration of the sectors she has led.
In 2012, she completed her studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, in Business Administration, and in 2014 she graduated with high results from a Master’s degree in Marketing at the same institution Following her studies, she became part of the “Walter Hallstein” scholarship programme in Ludwigsburg, Stuttgart, Germany, a professional internship and valuable experience that provided first-hand insight into municipal governance, local administrative structures, financial programmes, and the management of urban challenges.
From November 2013, Lira Pipa worked at the law firm “Frost & Fire Consulting”, where she was engaged in the preparation of documentation and professional reports, information management for clients, and assistance in the company’s financial and administrative processes. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in institutional organization, document analysis, and the coordination of support processes.
From September 2016, she contributed to the Public Communication Directorate of the Agency of Parks and Recreation of the Municipality of Tirana, where she was involved in the preparation of promotional and audiovisual materials for activities held at the Grand Park of the Artificial Lake, the Tirana Amphitheatre, as well as for major civic initiatives, including the promotion of the “Tirana Ime Outdoor” application and the “Donate a Tree” programme.
Klajdi Priska is a global affairs and project management professional with experience in youth policy, diplomacy, and international cooperation. He currently works in consultancy with international companies, advising on projects that promote economic growth, strategic independence, and youth engagement. Klajdi earned his MSc in Global Affairs from King’s College London, focusing his research on resilience strategies of small states, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana and Humboldt University of Berlin bridging AI and decision making.
He has contributed to national, regional and international initiatives through roles with the Regional Youth Cooperation Office, National Youth Congress, and partnerships involving Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and EuroNews. His work has included policy engagement at the UN, UNSC, EU institutions, and the European Youth Forum, as well as collaboration with Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
With a background that bridges technology and policy, Klajdi applies his skills to strengthen democratic institutions and advance policies that empower citizens and foster cooperation built on mutual respect for national independence and values while building strong alliances abroad.
