Jovana Nenezić

Finance and Administration Officer, Podgorica

Jovana Nenezić brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, supervision, and international cooperation. Prior to joining RYCO, she held senior roles at the Insurance Supervision Agency of Montenegro and worked in the private sector and international projects as a business analyst and project coordinator. Her expertise spans finance, risk assessment, project implementation, and regional coordination. She is also a certified accountant with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance.

Una Vukotic

Local Program Officer, Podgorica
Una Vukotić works as a local program officer at RYCO branch in Montenegro. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Montenegro. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in European Studies at the University of Ljubljana, with her thesis examining Montenegro's EU accession process. Additionally, she has contributed to academic research papers on topics of human rights and EU enlargement and has been awarded several international scholarships during her studies such as Central European Exchange Program Scholarship etc.
Her work experience is mainly based in non-governmental organizations sector in Montenegro, mainly dealing with the topics of European integrations, civic education and media literacy. She has actively contributed to various initiatives aimed at promoting these areas, working with diverse stakeholders and target groups. Her involvement extends to participation in numerous international projects and initiatives organized by prestigious institutions such as Erasmus+, American Councils, the Council of Europe and the European Parliament, where she gained hands-on experience in capacity-building, policy advocacy, and cross-cultural collaboration. Una is fluent in English and Italian.

Bojana Lalatović

Program Coordinator
Bojana Lalatović is a Program Coordinator at the Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO), where she works on advancing regional cooperation, youth engagement, and reconciliation processes in the Western Balkans. Her work focuses on youth participation in peacebuilding, democratic development, EU integration and regional cooperation.
Bojana holds a Master’s degree in European Integration from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Public Law, with a research focus on CFSP and democracy promotion in the Western Balkans. As part of her academic research, she was a Visiting Researcher at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she worked on topics related to European integration and the alignment of Western Balkan countries with the EU’s Common Foreign and Security Policy.
Her professional experience includes engagements within the EU Regional Communication Programme for the Western Balkans - We Balkans, the Council of Europe’s Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye, campaigns against hate speech, the Operational Communication Centre of the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro, The Balkan Forum, and other civil society initiatives focused on European integration and regional cooperation.
Bojana has published three academic articles in international journals and remains actively engaged in research on EU enlargement and democratic transformation in the Western Balkans.
Her work and activism have been recognized through several international awards and scholarships, including the EU DG NEAR Youth Activist Award and the Cohesion Builder Award of the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative. She is also a recipient of the British Scholarship Trust award for research at the London School of Economics and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Rule of Law Program South-East Europe scholarship.
Bojana is an alumna of prestigious international programmes such as the European Forum Alpbach and the Bled Strategic Forum, and participated in the Erasmus+ mobility programme at Roma Tre University in Italy.
She speaks Montenegrin/Serbian, English, Russian, and Italian.

Edin Koljenović

Head of Local Branch Office, Montenegro

Mr Koljenović was born in Podgorica. After finishing high school, he enrolled the Faculty of Political Science, department- International Affairs. As a student, he was an active member of Student Organization MAPSS, where he was a member of the Governing Board. He was awarded as scholar of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and scholar of the German Marshal Fund within Youth Trans-Atlantic Leaders program.

After finishing Faculty, Mr Koljenović has been professionally engaged as a program coordinator in NGO Civic Alliance and external associate of the Regional Network of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights. He has been acting as representative of civil society at the Council of the State Agency for Electronic Media and a CSO representative in the Government's Operational body for the implementation of the Communication strategy on European integration. During his time in CSO, he also coordinated the Council of Europe program Schools of Political Studies for Montenegro.

He was a member of the Working Group for the establishment of RYCO.

Regional Youth Cooperation Office (RYCO) is an independently functioning institutional mechanism, founded by the Western Balkans 6 participants (WB 6): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, aiming to promote the spirit of reconciliation and cooperation between the youth in the region through youth exchange programs.
