About the LBO

The RYCO Local Branch Office (LBO) in Montenegro is based in Podgorica and operates throughout Montenegro. Its mission is to support youth, civil society organizations (CSOs), high schools, and youth workers through regional mobility programs and activities that promote youth cooperation and reconciliation in the Western Balkans.

The office advances RYCO values through both regional programs and locally rooted initiatives, with a strong focus on youth participation, intercultural dialogue, capacity building, and the Youth, Peace and Security Agenda.
